TO DO: make pop tarts

I used this recipe. It was SO easy and they were really good. Next time, I would make the crust much thinner (the recipe says a quarter inch, but that was really thick actually I would do like half that next time) and put less jam (homemade naturally, from last summer) in the middle. 
I made the crust with my tiny little food processor- I only did a half batch. But seriously, really good, really easy and really impressive :) I meant to keep one to freeze, and try and put in the toaster to see how that worked out but between my parents and me, we ate them all in like 2 days so that didn't happen. (better luck next time!)
