Vienna, Austria:

• took an overnight train from Wiesbaden
• saw the Stephendom and Hofsburg Palace
• went to a Military Dinner/Reception at the Vienna Arsenal
• attended the Vienna Officers Ball
• was amazed by all the other beautiful things Vienna had to offer

Prague, Czech Republic: 

• Spent two days exploring Prague Castle 
• And then did everything else in Old Town and New Town 

Dresden, Germany:

• a walk around the city
• walked around the beautiful Zwinger Palace

Berlin, Germany: 

• got to do some touristy things  
• toured the Zitadelle and Charlottenburg Palace
• went to the top of the Reichstag Building and walked by the Brandonburg Gate
• explored Museum Island & ate at Berlin 360
• Went to Potsdam 

Amsterdam, Netherlands:

• Looked at specialty shops and went to the Anne Frank Museum
• went to museums and walked around in the snow
• walked around and went to cheese stores. Our train trip back to Frankfurt was super fun, too

Paris, France

• first I went to the Eiffel Tower & walked along the Seine
• then I spent the day at The Louvre, and walked the Champs-Elysees
• I spent a day at the Catacombs and ate escargot
• Went to Napoleons Tomb, Invalides Hospital & went back to Notre Dame

Barcelona, Spain:

• Did a walking tour of the city
• went to Gruell Park
• visited the Hospital du Sant Pau and Arc de Triumph
• Saw ever more Gaudi architecture, like the Sagrada Familia Temple 
• & walked to Olympic Park and Castle de Monjuic

Madrid, Spain:

• Enjoyed the amazing weather so visited the Royal Palace and Basilica de San Francisco 
• Loved the sunny weather at the Royal Gardens where I walked around the Crystal Palace & other monuments
• Went to the Prado and the National Library, the most beautiful library in the world 

Naples, Italy (& surrounding areas)

• Went to the Naples Palace (my favorite palace ever)
• Walked around the city, and maybe even got a little lost :)
• Explored the Castle Dell'Ovo and National Museum
• Spent the day in picturesque Sorrento
• Climbed to the top of Mt. Vesuvius 
• Went to Herculaneum (the main area & temple, villas & Sannite House)
• Visited Pompeii (temple of Isis, bakery casts & casts, winery & villas of venus, forum & Stabian Baths)
• Spent a day at Capri where I rode to the top of Mt. Salaro, and the Church of San Michele 

Rome, Italy & the Vatican: 

• Visited the Colosseum
• Walked to the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain  
• Went to the Vatican where I saw: Saint Peter's Basilica, The Sistine Chapel, and The Vatican Museum.
