Vienna Lovin'

Posted on 2/07/2012

The amazing thing about Vienna is that EVERYTHING is gorgeous: literally you can walk down a street and stumble onto amazing statues, beautiful buildings and you don't even know what they are because they 1. aren't important enough to put on a map, apparently and/or 2. you don't speak German (despite the two years of German in high school).
So, I have no idea what these things are, but they are amazing:

On the last night in Vienna, we went to eat at a tiny little place with the cutest old lady who was our waiter. The food was amazing and the atmosphere even better.
Snow!
The candle holder on the table had a little heart on it... adorable! Josh loved it too, as you can see:
And then we ended the night with a Fenton family tradition: when in foreign countries, eat McFlurries! I was confused because it was a "smarties" McFlurry and I was thinking smarties, like in the US? The sour kind...but they are apparently chocolate candies here, so all was right in the world.
For you, Dad xoxo
